Worst case building control wall require a core sample test, 1 hour fire protection in the form of column cases, ceiling and fascia, smoke detection, adequate work lighting, emergency lighting and emergency escape route signs.

As standard we supply beams and columns in red oxide, purlins in galvanised, natural decking and staircases and handrail painted black. However we have in house painting facilities and can provide a full range of colours at additional cost.

Yes, but we only charge this fee if you have instructed us to proceed to carry out a site survey and then the order is cancelled.

Generally bespoke mezzanine floors require a specific design and no two floors are the same, moreover it is dependant on the size of the structure. Mezzanine floors in the region of 25-50m2 would cost around £150+vat per m2 and structures around 50-100m2 could be £125+vat per m2. Most larger structures could be priced in the region of £80-100+vat per m2 as a guideline.
